Покатались они покатались (please, всем прочесть статью в оригинале как всегда английский юмор в избытке) и что же, старичок М5 опять всех ...ладно Ягуар, ладно РС6, но Е55 АМГ?...однако-
"On paper, the E55 should have won this contest without any ifs and buts. After 3 days and over 600 miles, the newcomer struggles to secure SECOND place ahead of the Audi (на первом М5). It's not only the high fuel consumption and the less than perfect air suspension that are responsible for the defeat of the mighty Merc. In first and second gears the E55 won't stay with RS6 unless you switch off ESP and apply an extra-sensitive right hoof, and its electro-hydraulic brakes feel strangely passive, heavy and lifeless, unable to match the Jaguar for stopping power, the M5 for balance or the RS6 for urgency. Undoubtedly enhanced by the wide tyres, the steering has a rubbery responce and uneven weighting and requires continuous course corrections on longitudinal grooves. Add to this the high price of 60.640 (фунтов) (the M5-52.000, RS6-57.700, Jag-47.400) and it becomes clear why the newest and most powerful car is, for a change, NOT THE BEST BUY
